Welcome to cproqr.com, (C- Proqr we have used as a short form of construction procurements) These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our business listing website located at cproqr.com owned by ‘Sanath constructions’.
Following are our terms and conditions set to use our website cproqr.com or to avail our services as business listing, advertising, product promotion. Read all these in conjunction with our policies as well given in privacy policy page.
All the regulations any litigations come under the local Jurisdiction. We are based and operative from Bengaluru city -India.
For vendors and Users
A. For Vendors
By registering as a vendor or using this website, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. These terms govern the use of our directory platform for business listings, product/service promotion, and related features. We do not provide any leads for your business. NOTE: In the initial (starting) stage for 1 month we may take 10 days from the date off registration to publish
1. Registration process and Eligibility
- All the registration is through our website cproqr.com only. There is no physical or other digital ways of registration or payment methods.
- You will select the package plan then click to ‘Continue’ button takes you to registration form to fill up.
- Vendors must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
- Businesses must comply with applicable laws, licenses, and regulations in India.
- Registration is integrated with payment gateway as per the selection of package plans
- The website reserves the right to accept or reject any registration without prior notice.
- We reserve the right to edit, reject, or remove any listings or content that we determine, in our sole discretion, to be inappropriate, misleading, or in violation of these Terms.
2. Vendor Responsibilities and prohibited content
- Vendors are solely responsible for the accuracy of business details, , legality, and appropriateness of the content (descriptions, contact details, images, and videos ) that appears for your listing details as it will be the details provided by you in your registration form.
- Vendors shall not upload misleading, defamatory, obscene, or unlawful content.
- Prohibited contents – you agree not to upload, post or transit any content that – Is false, misleading, fraudulent, defamatory, abusive, obscene or offensive or Contains viruses, malware, or other harmful code.
- Vendors must not infringe on third-party intellectual property rights (copyrights, trademarks, etc.
3. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of cproqr.com and its owner M/s Sanath constructions or its content suppliers and protected by intellectual property laws.
4. Listing & Fees
- Standard and Featured Listings may be provided, subject to applicable fees.
- Payments, if any, are non-refundable unless explicitly stated.
5. Business Listings and Website Rights
- We do not provide any business leads to our vendors.
- The website may review, edit, or remove any listing that violates policies, we scrutinize before publishing it .
- Minimum period of 48 hours we take to publish your listing after scrutinize of contents and payments done.
- registration period starts form the date of publishing not from the date of submission.
- We do not guarantee sales, leads, or customer engagement through listings.
- This website is related building construction, interior real estate Listing of business, promotion of products and services, advertisements
- Once payment is done successfully you will receive the message for the same and you will get confirmation for the same on your registered email.
- An invoice will be generated and it will be sent to you within a week to your registered e mail. We do not impose any additional charges or any commission from vendors (registered business owners) other than the subscription fee and applicable tax amount (GST) as per plan packages and collect the payment only thro payment gateway available in our website.
6. Offers and renewals
The free listing period offer provided by us will be considered from the date of publication of the same and later the paid subscription starts from the next day of the free offer period ends.
Any time you can upgrade your package plan or listing period for listing with us by contacting us, where we will provide details depending on your account with us.
The maximum listing period is 12 months later the same can be renewed. any upgrade or renewals does not need to submit registration forms again. without submitting registration form again. you will be sent a renewal notification for acceptance to your email.
Any offers made by us are subject to the mentioned period only and the right to withdraw or extend the same is with us without giving reasons for this action from us.
We do send messages or contact our vendors for our promotional offers, renewal reminders or any administrative notifications etc. to maintain our business relationship
7. Termination
We reserve the right to edit, reject, or remove or suspend permanently if any listings or content that we determine, in our sole discretion, to be inappropriate, misleading, or in violation of these Terms.
8. Refund policy
Refund is applicable to discontinue your subscription and remove the contents provided by you and applies to only those who have registered for a lock in period of more than 6 months. Refund will be calculated for the remaining period of the subscription and 75% of this will be refunded and it will be on month based not on number of days. minimum of 3 months subscription should be completed to apply for refund. excluding free subscription period.
Refund amount will be credited to your account thro which you had made the payment while registration. and this will be settled in 7 to 10 days from the date of your request. Check your bank account for the same before any enquiry about this with us.
B. For Users
By accessing or using our Site, The user of this site and the vendors, service providers, advertisers, promoters agree to be bound by these Terms and conditions If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our Site. This policy applies
This is only a listing site not an E-commerce website, we do not do any type of sales directly or indirectly or do not provide any leads to our vendors or have any kind of affiliated marketing.
You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else’s use of the Site.
We do not entertain Any enquiry not relevant to the subject of our business ( pertaining to listing of products or services promotions and advertisements related to building construction which includes building interiors and real estate properties) made thro ‘contact us page’ form filled and submitted. Also we are not bound to answer to this in all the cases but we try to respond or take action to solve or attend to the issues if any explained by the sender if it is within our scope.
-You agree not to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or to the servers on which the Site is stored.
–You do not do mining to achieve data collection from our site. and do not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this site content
C. Third-Party Links
The Site may contain links to third-party websites. These links are provided for your convenience only. its your choice to click and reach to external site address provided by the vendors on our website
We have no control over the content of third-party sites and accept no responsibility for them or for any loss or damage that may arise from your use of them.
II. Infringement Policy
We respect intellectual property rights and expect vendors and users to do the same.
- If you believe that your copyrighted material, trademark, or other intellectual property has been used in a way that constitutes infringement, you may submit a written complaint to us at ‘ info@cproqr.com
- Complaints must include:
- Identification of the copyrighted/trademarked work
- The infringing material (URL of listing)
- Your contact details and proof of ownership
- Upon receiving a valid complaint, we may:
- Temporarily remove or disable access to the disputed material
- Notify the vendor and request clarification or proof of rights.
- Repeat infringers may have their accounts terminated.

- This website acts only as a directory platform for vendors to list their businesses. Users are advised to independently verify business credentials before engaging in transactions.
- We do not endorse, guarantee, or verify the accuracy, quality, or legality of the products/services listed.
- All transactions, communications, or agreements are directly between the vendor and customer.
- The website shall not be liable for any loss, damage, dispute, or legal claim arising from vendor listings, product quality, pricing, or service delivery.
- We do not have option of registration or payments other than filling up registration form thro our website cproqr.com towards vendor subscription for their – business listing or advertisement or promotions. There are no other physical or digital methods to do this.
- Payment method is integrated with registration form. If it is towards renewal reminder and acceptance notification will be sent to your registered email with payment option only thro our valid email address given below and also in our website pages.
